Howard Wesley Sweat, Jr., age 47, passed away on Sunday Feb 11, 2018 in Jacksonville. Howard was born in Savannah, Georgia on May 16, 1970 to Howard Wesley Sweat, Sr and Rose Marie Hardin Sweat.
A celebration of his life will be held on February 24, 2018 at Macclenny Moose Lodge 2412 in Macclenny Florida from 11AM – 2PM
